Is this really for moms? I'm not in great shape and I have no time. +

Yes — that's literally who this is built for. Every plan is designed around your actual schedule (school runs, no-time mornings, evening crashes, weekend chaos). If you have 30–45 minutes a day, three to four times a week, we can work.

How much weight can I realistically lose in a year? +

Most committed moms lose between 15 and 30 kg in 12 months. We've had clients hit 20 kg in 6–9 months. Timeline depends on starting point, consistency and biology — but the method works when you work it.

Do I need a gym? Or expensive equipment? +

No. We build your plan around what you have access to. Home workouts with minimal equipment, full gym, or hybrid — your call.

Do I have to give up wine, chocolate, pasta, social dinners? +

No. Restriction is the reason every previous diet failed. You'll learn how to fit the foods you love into a plan that still gets results — that's the only kind of plan you'll actually stick to for a year.

What about postpartum, breastfeeding or hormonal stuff? +

All of it is taken into account. Plans are adjusted for postpartum recovery, breastfeeding caloric needs, perimenopause and hormonal patterns. If something is medically off (thyroid, PCOS, etc.) we coordinate with your doctor — we don't replace medical care.

What about peptides and supplements? +

Supplements are an option, not a requirement. We dial in nutrition and training first, then — if and only if it makes sense for you — we discuss specific supplement protocols. Peptides are an advanced option that we evaluate individually with you and your doctor.

How much does the program cost? +
